14-Day Limited Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. COLORFUL BLOVE provides a 14-day limited warranty from the date of delivery for clear manufacturing or technical defects.

This may include:

  • Failure to charge or power on

  • Persistent app or remote connectivity issues

  • Motor malfunction not caused by external damage

What Is Not Covered

Our limited warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, including:

  • Water damage from prolonged submersion

  • Drops, cracks, or forced handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by non-compatible chargers

  • Damage caused by harsh chemical cleaners

How to Start a Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at suki@colorfulblove.com within 14 days of delivery.

To help us review your request quickly and discreetly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short video clearly showing the issue

Our team will review your request within 3 business days. Approved claims may be eligible for a one-time replacement or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
